因為行程到訪上高地，上高地是位於飛驒高山和松本市中間所以住宿了飛驒高山和松本市，今天先介紹松本的伊東園淺間之湯。
我們很喜愛溫泉所以住宿都是以温泉為主，伊東園淺間之湯位於松本市的淺間溫泉鄉，感覺是比較小型舊式溫泉鄉，遊客很少感覺很好，此外伊東園淺間之湯竟然是100％溫泉源泉，超值。
伊東園是全國連鎖式的温泉旅館，一年四季差不多約 ￥7500/位一泊二食，晚餐是以自助餐形式，上次到訪剛好碰上蟹放題！
Highly recommend to stay at Itoen Hotspring Hotel - Asamanoyu when you visit Matsumoto and kamikochi area in Nagono. It is a chain hotspring hotel and the hotel rate is pretty much the same year long, around 7500 yen per person with 2 meals. Dinner and breakfast are served with buffet style and sometimes it comes with all you can eat crab! Another highlight of this hotel is that the hotspring in 100% from Asamanoyu hotspring. Asamanoyu is a small hotspring town with very few tourist which I enjoy very much!
