[昇龍道]長野松本-寸八拉面 Matsumoto famous ramen 寸八

因為家人團友對拉面的情意結，每次去日本都會尋找當地特色拉面。這次去上參觀松本城之後大家苦惱吃什麼，團友一致說這次行程還未吃到拉面，所以就決定吃長野縣拉面！

亂找了一下就發現了這家松本市超人氣的寸八拉面(松本城開車約10分鐘)，聽聞是每天大排長龍，湯底用超多大筒骨煮成，我吃那天真的看到一整鍋湯都是大筒骨，誇張！要吃當然吃人氣的「豚骨醬油拉麵」，湯頭非常濃郁可以一試，我是比較喜歡九州豬骨拉面啦。

We always try different style of ramen when visiting Japan. Highly recommend this famous local Matsumoto ramen place- 寸八 when visiting the Matsumoto Castle (around 10 mins drive). There is always a queue for it's famous "pork bone soy sauce ramen"
